The "Vital Signs" program is a complete sales package that helps consumers to think about the "health" of their car.

It includes various different pieces of point-of-sale material including a 30-minute waiting room DVD designed to educate the consumer on the need for preventative maintenance services.

As part of our on-site training programs, the Vital Signs™ program highlights the value in using a ‘Vehicle Checklist’ to build credibility in offering additional services. A variety of simple test and demonstration methods can greatly enhance any suggestions or recommendations that are made, much as a doctor would diagnose a patient and relay his diagnosis before treating that patient.
